Dr. Gonzalez-Martin erhielt seinen DDS-Abschluss von der Universität Sevilla im Jahr 1999 und wurde im selben Jahr als Assistenzprofessor an der Universität ernannt, wo er bis 2005 tätig war und gleichzeitig in einer Privatpraxis arbeitete. Im Jahr 2005 zog er nach Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA), um einen MS-Abschluss in Graduate Periodontics und Periodontal-Prosthesis im Jahr 2009 von der Universität von Pennsylvania (UPenn) zu erlangen. Er erhielt den Arnold Weisgold’s Director’s Award. Im Jahr 2009 trat er als Adjunct Assistant Professor in die Fakultät der UPenn ein und hält diese Position bis heute. Im Jahr 2009 wurde er zum Diplomate des American Board of Periodontics ernannt. Im Jahr 2010 erhielt er ein Stipendium, um der Abteilung für feste Prothetik und Okklusion an der Universitätsschule für Zahnmedizin Genf beizutreten. Im Jahr 2015 erlangte er einen Internationalen PhD an der Universität Sevilla. Derzeit ist er Chefredakteur für The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry. Gegenwärtig lehrt er im Graduiertenprogramm für Parodontologie an der Universität Complutense Madrid, Teilzeit in Restaurative Zahnmedizin und Biomaterialwissenschaften an der Harvard School of Dental Medicine, während er weiterhin in einer Privatpraxis, Atelier Dental Madrid, arbeitet, die sich ausschließlich auf Parodontologie, Prothetik und Implantate spezialisiert.

Dr. Nuno Sousa Dias, DDS, MOrth, received his degree in Dentistry from Universidade Fernando Pessoa (Porto) in 2007. In the same year, he created and registered a Smile's Analysis named SAEF^® - Smile's Aesthetic Evaluation Form^®. From 2008 to 2012, he completed the full-time Orthodontic Postgraduate Program at Tel Aviv University (ISRAEL). In 2010, he was awarded the 1st prize at the 4th Scientific Research International Competition of the Spring Meeting of the EAED (European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry) in London (UK). He was elected ambassador for EPSOS (European Postgraduate Students Orthodontic Society) for Portugal and Israel in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, he was awarded by SEDO (Sociedad Española de Ortodoncia) with a fund to attend the AGE (Advanced Graduate Education) Didactic Courses at the Department of Orthodontics of HSDM (Harvard School of Dental Medicine). He is a member of several national and international dental and orthodontic scientific organizations. Since 2013, he has been practicing limited orthodontics at his own private clinic NSD-DENTISTRY in Portugal. He also collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in Belgium, Germany, and Istanbul. Additionally, he is an international lecturer in the field of Orthodontics and Smile's esthetics.
