Patients suffer from dental sensitivity and compromised esthetics. The conservative treatment of choice is based on ceramic crowns, but preparation design is unnecessarily destructive to tooth tissue. This case report describes a noninvasive technique with adhesively inserted occlusal composite resin crowns.
