Domenico Cascione obtained his primary education in Bari (Italy), where he was also certified as a Dental Technologist (CDT) in 1985. From 1991 to 2004 he carried out metallurgy research becoming a specialist in dental metallurgy. From 1986 to 2004 he was the owner and director of Dental Laboratory in Bari (Italy). He is a Master Ceramist and also is specialized in metallurgy, implant work and complex esthetic rehabilitation. In 2005 he  holds a Bachelor of Science of the Dental Technology degree from the University of Southerh Illinois. From 2005 to 2008 he was Research Associate and Program Director, Advanced Training for Dental Technology at the Center for Dental Technology, the University Of Southern California Herman Ostrow School Of Dentistry. From 2009  to 2016 was a Clinical Assistant Professor and Course Director for the Advanced Dental Morphology for the Operative Dentistry Program at the University Of Southern California Ostrow School Of Dentistry. He Is a Lead Faculty Department of Restorative Dentistry – Dental Laboratory Technology Program-Division of Health Sciences at Pasadena City College. He is a Faculty/Lecturer UCLA School of Dentistry Division of Advanced Prosthodontics. He is a winner of award 2007 Judson C. Hichey in the research category in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. He is an Editor in Chief of the Spectrum Dialogue magazine. He is the President of OPERART LLC dental laboratory in Santa Monica California. He is author and co-author of several articles in the literature. He is the author of the Book Symbiosis: Art & Technique.

Dr Leandro Chambrone received a DDS and a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Methodist University of São Paulo in Brazil. Subsequently, he earned a masters degree and PhD degree in periodontics from the University of São Paulo. He serves as a faculty member in several prestigious institutions in North America, South America, and Europe. He holds positions of Associate Professor at Egas Moniz University (Portugal), Ad honorem Associate Professor at El Bosque University (Colombia), Visiting Professor at the University of Iowa, and Adjunct Associate Professor at Penn School of Dental Medicine. Beyond his enthusiasm and dedication as an educator and health care provider, Dr Chambrone is also heavily involved in clinical research and evidence-based dentistry. He has authored over 150 papers, including some commissioned consensus reviews for the American Academy of Periodontology and the European Federation of Periodontology. Dr Chambrone currently serves as Section Editor of Clinical Research for The International Journal of Oral Implantology and Section Editor of Periodontics for the Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry.

Prof Iain L.C. Chapple, PhD, BDS, FDSRCPS, FDSRCS, CCST (Rest Dent), is Professor of Periodontology and Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, and Head of Research for the Institute of Clinical Sciences, at the University of Birmingham, UK.

Jean-Gabriel Charrier hat 1973 aus Spaß mit der Fliegerei begonnen. Zwischen den Jahren 1984 und 1999 war er überwiegend als Fluglehrer beschäftigt, obwohl er auch als Chefpilot und als Ausbilder bei einer Fluggesellschaft gearbeitet hat. Ende der 1990er Jahre trat er der Aufsichtsbehörde der Französischen Generaldirektion für die Zivile Luftfahrt bei. Seitdem interessiert er sich zunehmend für den menschlichen Faktor – ein Interesse, welches in einem Diplom und einer These über die kognitiven Fähigkeiten von Piloten gipfelte. Er hat über 13.000 Flugstunden und annähernd 10.000 Stunden als Ausbilder absolviert. Dr. Chen schloss 1983 seinen BDS (Malaya) und 1987 seinen MDSc (Melbourne) ab und promovierte 2008 an der Universität von Melbourne.  Im Jahr 1988 wurde er durch eine Prüfung des Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) zum Fellow ernannt (KG Sutherland Prize).  Er hält die Position des Clinical Associate Professor an der School of Dentistry der Universität von Melbourne inne. Stephens klinische und wissenschaftliche Interessen liegen im Bereich der parodontalen Geweberegeneration, der Knochentransplantation und der Zahnimplantate. Dr. Chen ist gewählter Präsident des ITI (International Team for Implantology), einer internationalen gemeinnützigen wissenschaftlichen Organisation auf dem Gebiet der dentalen Implantologie mit weltweit über 15.000 Mitgliedern in über 100 Ländern.  Er war Vorsitzender des ITI-Ausbildungsausschusses und ist derzeit Mitglied des ITI-Verwaltungsrats.  In Australien hat er einen bedeutenden Beitrag zu den lokalen akademischen und beruflichen Vereinigungen geleistet und war zuvor Vorsitzender der Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists (ANZAP), der Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) und der Australian Society of Periodontology (ASP).  Für seine Verdienste wurde er mit der Ehrenmitgliedschaft auf Lebenszeit der Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) ausgezeichnet.

Dr. Chia-Yu (Jennifer) Chen received her dental degree (DDS) from Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan and completed her periodontology training and Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) in oral biology from Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

At HSDM, Dr. Chen was selected as a Presidential Scholar and, at graduation, was the recipient of both the James H. Shaw Award for excellence in biomedical research and the Joseph L. Henry Award, which recognizes excellence in research and clinical training from Harvard.

Dr. Chen is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. She maintains a clinical practice limited to periodontology and implantology in the Faculty Group Practice at the Harvard Dental Center.

Dr. Gerard Chiche is the Director of the Center for Esthetic and Implant Dentistry at Georgia Regents University, College of Dental Medicine in Augusta, Georgia. In 2009 he became the first recipient of the Thomas P. Hinman Endowed Chair in Restorative Dentistry at his university, sponsored by the Hinman Dental Society. He is a Past President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He has authored two textbooks entitled Esthetics of Anterior Fixed Restorations and Smile Design – A guide for Clinicians, Ceramists and Patients.

Krzysztof Chmielewski, DDS, MSc ist Zahnarzt und professioneller Fotograf. Er ist Vorstandsmitglied und Past President der Polnischen Akademie für Ästhetische Zahnmedizin, Mitglied der American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Absolvent des John Kois Center in Seattle und Gastdozent an der Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt. Seine Karriere als Zahnarzt begann 1993. Seither bilden Ästhetik und Implantologie seine Schwerpunkte. In seiner Praxis wird seit über 20 Jahren mit Dentalfotografie gearbeitet. Daneben ist er freiberuflicher Fotograf und Filmemacher und an Projekten des Discovery Channel beteiligt.

BS Chong is Professor of Restorative Dentistry/Honorary Consultant, Endodontic Lead & Director, Postgraduate Endodontics, Barts & The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London. In addition, he is a General Dental Council (UK) registered Specialist in Endodontics and has been in private practice since 1990. Professor Chong is the Editor and contributing author of two editions (6^th and 7^th) of Harty's Endodontics in Clinical Practice; author of Managing Endodontic Failure in Practice; contributing author to Self-Assessment Picture Tests in Dentistry: Endodontics and Principles of Endodontics. He is also on the Editorial Board of the International Endodontic Journal, and President, British Endodontic Society (2017-18).

Kwangchul Choy, DDS, MS, PhD, ist ehemaliger Professor für Kieferorthopädie an der Yonsei-Universität. Er schloss seine kieferorthopädische Ausbildung an der Yonsei-Universität ab und war Forschungsstipendiat und Gastprofessor an der Universität von Connecticut. Dr. Choy ist derzeit klinischer Professor an der Yonsei-Universität und außerordentlicher Professor für Kieferorthopädie an der Ewha Womans University. Er hat über 30 Artikel und Buchkapitel auf dem Gebiet der Biomechanik der Zahnbewegung und der kieferorthopädischen Apparaturen veröffentlicht.
