Kwangchul Choy, DDS, MS, PhD, is a former professor of orthodontics at Yonsei University. He completed his orthodontic training at Yonsei University and was a research fellow and visiting professor at the University of Connecticut. Dr Choy is currently a clinical professor at Yonsei University as well as an adjunct professor of orthodontics at Ewha Womans University. He has published over 30 papers and book chapters in the field of biomechanics of tooth movement and orthodontic appliances. Dr Choy lectures around the world on biomechanics and maintains a private practice in Seoul, South Korea.

Stephen J. Chu, DMD, MSD, CDT, MDT, is an adjunct clinical professor at the New York University College of Dentistry in the Departments of Periodontology, Implant Dentistry, and Prosthodontics. He has contributed to over 80 publications, including six textbooks, and has given lectures nationally and internationally on the subjects of esthetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. Dr Chu maintains a private practice limited to fixed prosthodontics, esthetic dentistry, and implant dentistry in New York City.

Dr Clavijo holds a degree in Dentistry from Universidade Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil (2002) and obtained the title of Specialist, Master and Doctor in Restorative Dentistry, from UNESP Araraquara (2003–2011). He has followed in the footsteps of his father, who has been a clinician for over 50 years in the city of Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. Christian Coachman, DDS, CDT, attended the ceramic specialization program at the Ceramoart Training Center, where he also became an instructor. In 2004, he was invited by Drs Goldstein, Garber, and Salama of Team Atlanta to become head ceramist of their laboratory, a position he held for 5 years. He is a consultant for dental offices and companies, developing products and implementing concepts. He is the developer of well-known techniques such as the Pink Hybrid Implant Restoration and the Digital Smile Design Concept. Dr Coachman has lectured and published internationally and maintains a family-run private practice in São Paulo, Brazil.

Roberto Cocchetto, DDS, MD, graduated in medicine and surgery before specializing in dentistry and prosthodontics at the Verona University, Italy. As a professor, he has taught postgraduate courses in advanced implant treatment at the University of Udine and the University of Chieti in Italy. Lyndon Cooper, DDS, PhD, practices as a prosthodontist in Chicago and is the associate dean for research and head of the Department of Oral Biology at the University of Illinois School of Dentistry in Chicago. Dr Cooper is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and served as president of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) as well as chair of the ACP Education Foundation. He is the recipient of several awards, including the 2016 Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontists’ Schweitzer Award for Research and the 2017 International Association for Dental Research/Academy of Osseointegration Innovation in Implant Sciences Award. Dr Cooper’s work has appeared in hundreds of national and international presentations and over 190 peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Luca Cordaro is chair of the Department of Periodontology and Prosthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital in Rome. He graduated in Medicine at the University of Roma "La Sapienza" where he also got a degree in Dentistry. He holds a Ph.D. degree and is a certified specialist in oral surgery. He also works, together with his brother, in a private practice founded in 1957 by his father. Dr Cordaro is author or co- author of more than 70 papers published in italian or international journals and has lectured in Europe, Asia, North and South America. In 2007 he won the H. Goldman Prize for Clinical Research of the Italian Society of Periodontology. He is author of different book chapters and coauthor of the books "The SAC Classification in Implant Dentistry" and ITI Treatment Guide 7 published by Quintessence Publishing. He is active member of the Italian Society of Osseointegration and Fellow of the ITI (International Team for Implantology). In the ITI he serves as member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Study Club Committee and Chairrman for the Italian Section.
