He has developed and published in 2015 and 2018 on the International Journal of Esthetic Dentistry (IJED), a new and no prep approach to restore worn dentition: The “Index Technique”

He currently practices at his office in Genoa, with multidisciplinary approach, but focusing on esthetics and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Aparicio schloss 1978 sein Studium der Medizin und Chirurgie an der Universität von Navarra ab, absolvierte ein Zusatzstudium in Zahnmedizin an der Universität von Barcelona und wurde 1983 Zahntechniker an der Ramon y Cajal School in Barcelona. Er erhielt 1984 sein Zertifikat für Implantologie an der Universität Göteborg (unter der Leitung von Professor Per-Ingvar Brånemark) und erwarb 1990 einen Mastertitel in Werkstoffkunde an der Universität Barcelona, bevor er 1995 sein Studium der Parodontologie an der Universität Göteborg abschloss. Im Jahr 2010 erhielt er einen Mastertitel in biomedizinischer Forschung von der Universität Barcelona, und im Jahr 2013 promovierte er in Medizin (summa cum laude mit internationaler Erwähnung). Dr. Aparicio hat zahlreiche Beiträge für internationale Fachzeitschriften verfasst. Im Jahr 2012 veröffentlichte er das Buch Zygomatic Implants: The Anatomy-Guided Approach (ZAGA). Er ist Fellow der Royal Society of Medicine in England und wurde 2016 als Akademiker in die Royal European Academy of Doctors aufgenommen. Er ist ehemaliger Präsident der Osseointegration Foundation der American Academy of Osseontigration. Er erhielt dreimal den Fonseca-Preis der Spanischen Gesellschaft für Parodontologie und wurde zweimal mit dem Simo-Virgili-Preis der Katalonischen Gesellschaft für Zahnheilkunde und Stomatologie ausgezeichnet. Heute ist Dr. Aparicio internationaler Lehrbeauftragter an der Indiana University School of Dentistry und Ehrenpräsident der von ihm gegründeten Spanischen Gesellschaft für Minimalinvasive Zahnmedizin. Sein jüngstes Projekt ist die Gründung des Zygoma ZAGA Centers Network im Jahr 2018 mit dem Ziel, die ZAGA-Philosophie weltweit zu verbreiten. Derzeit gibt er sein Wissen als leitender Berater für Zygoma-Implantate in der Hepler Bone Clinic in Barcelona, Spanien, weiter.

Dr Araújo is a Periodontist working both in private practice and at The State University of Maringa, Brazil. He completed his PhD at The University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He is the Chairman of the Perio/Implant Research Unit, State University of Maringá. He is an ITI Fellow and Osteology Foundation Board member. He is member of the editorial board of several journals.

Colin Armstrong DO is a British trained Osteopath. He spent the first five years of his career in Zimbabwe and is now based in France. He has over 30 years of clinical experience and has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in France and Britain. The study of osteopathy from different cultural perspectives has given him a unique insight into the way people experience pain and illness, and the impact this has on the therapeutic encounter. His areas of special interest include paediatric osteopathy and osteopathic care during pregnancy.  He feels immensely privileged to be able to treat people of all ages, from the newborn to the elderly, and from all walks of life. He is a founder member of the French Academy of Osteopaths.
