Dr. Cees Kreulen, MSc, PhD, Associate Professor, Oral Function, Medical Center, Radboud University Nijmegen/Netherlands

Roland Kreutzer was born in Gummersbach in 1966 and has been a physiotherapist since 1991. He is an instructor for Brügger therapy (Zurich concept), a manual therapist, and an active course leader for Sensotape^® courses. He has been working at the Philipps University of Marburg since 1992 as a physiotherapist, and since 2005 as a lecturer in the Master’s and Bachelor’s degree programs in physiotherapy. In addition, the author works as a physiotherapist in his own practice in Marburg and is a freelancer for KVM-Verlag, Berlin. This collaboration has resulted in him co-authoring several specialist books in the fields of medicine and physiotherapy. In his free time, he is an enthusiastic cyclist, runner, and swimmer, and thus a regular and active user of "self-tapping"!

Hilal is a dental technician who practices in Bodrum/ Turkey. He qualified from Istanbul University in 1999, and gives presentations and courses both nationally and internationally on dental ceramics, implant supported restorations and smile design. Prof. Dr. Sebastian Kühl is a specialist in Oral Surgery. He is Vice Clinical Director of the Department of Oral Surgery, University Center for Dental Medicine Basel UZB, Switzerland. Since 2018, he has been Founder and Head of the Competence Center for Implantology at the UZB, and President of the Swiss Society for Oral Surgery and Stomatology (SSOS).

Ab 2003 (Weiterbildungsassistent in der Abteilung für Kieferorthopädie– Humboldt Universität Berlin “Charité“ und im Anschluss in privater Praxis in Berlin-Zehlendorf. 2006 Gebietsbezeichnung „Facharzt für Kieferorthopädie“. 2007-2011 Tätigkeit in kieferorthopädischen Praxen in Deutschland und England. Niederlassung in privater Praxis in Groß-Gerau 2011. Teilnahme am Mc Laughlin Program 2014-2015 und dem lingualen Master für Kieferorthopädie Valencia 2018-2019. Verschiedene Veröffentlichungen z.B. zu Themen Klasse II Behandlung und interdisziplinäre Behandlung und über 100 Fortbildungen im In- und Ausland.

Purnima S. Kumar, PhD, MDS, is professor of periodontology at The Ohio State University and adjunct professor at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the recipient of numerous awards, including the American Dental Education Association Gies Award for Outstanding Educator in Periodontology
