Implant-supported dental restoration are considered nowadays as a reliable treatment option to restore function, esthetics and phonetics of missing teeth. Especially with patients having excessive jaw atrophy, bone augmentation will hinder further bone resorption and complications such as jaw fractures. Prefabricated conical abutments are considered an adequate and affordable attachment type, in addition to Ball-and-Socket, bar, and conventional telescopic attachments.
