After scaling and root planing, six patients underwent surgical treatment to remove the growths. A subepithelial connective tissue graft was interposed between the bone and epulis using a pedicle flap. The lesion was always preserved. The epulis disappeared after several months, with minor variations in healing time among patients. At 60-month follow-up visits, all patients exhibited good gingival health, with no recurrence.
