Eight sites were selected corresponding to the regions of molars, premolars, canines, and incisors in six dry human jaws. After the completion of multislice CT and CBCT, the jaws were sectioned into specific regions. Results showed there was no statistically significant difference between the measurements obtained from the CT images and those obtained from dry jaws (actual measurements) for all the evaluated sites (molars, premolars, and anterior teeth). There was also no statistically significant difference between the measurements obtained by the two CT methods.
