Treatment involving the prosthetic rehabilitation of a patient with an acquired maxillary defect is reported. Definitive prosthesis support was provided by bilaterally placed hydroxyapatite-coated endosseous implants in the zygomatic buttress. Keywords: implants, maxillectomy, obturator
