Jan Frydensberg Thomsen graduated from the Copenhagen School of Dentistry in 1986 and works as a dentist at Specialtandlaegerne Sjaelland.

Jan’s clinical work primarily involves oral reconstructions and aesthetic treatments (both with composite and porcelain), as well as addressing bite functional problems.

Jan conducts courses nationally and internationally in oral rehabilitation, digital techniques, and aesthetic treatment.

Brian Fulton RMT has been a Massage Therapist since 1999. Trained and educated in Ontario, Canada, he has maintained a clinical practice with a distinctly holistic approach to healing and disease prevention. As a past Director of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario, he has been actively involved in moving his profession forward on all levels.
In addition to his private practice, Brian was a health columnist for a community magazine for over ten years, writing on a broad range of topics from nutrition, exercise, injury management and disease prevention. His current passion lies in educating health practitioners in becoming more aware of the innate healing mechanisms inside of their patients.

Specialization in Stomatology and Dental Prosthesis at the University of Bologna in 1984. Former Visiting Professor in Fixed Prosthesis at the Dental School of the University of Bologna from 1986 to 1994. Former Visiting Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the Dental School of the University of Siena.  He is the Past-President of the Italian Academy of Restorative Dentistry, the past President of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry, Active Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and former Associated Member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He is author of many scientific articles published on international journals, of a chapter in a book of Endodontics and co-author of some books on Adhesive Dentistry. Gold metal of the Geneva University (J.L. Baume prize) in 2008. He limits his activity to Restorative Dentistry within a group practice in Bologna.

Dr. German Gallucci received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (Dr. Med. Dent.) from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He attended a postdoctoral training at the Department of Fixed Prosthodontics and Occlusion, School of Dental Medicine, University of Geneva where he later became a full-time faculty at the same department. Dr Gallucci also received a Ph.D. from the Free University of Amsterdam.  In 2007, he established a new Postgraduate Education Program in Oral Implantology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is currently department chair of the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences, and also oversees the Harvard Dental Center as its executive director. Dr. Gallucci participates in lectures, seminars, practical courses and table clinics at national and international meetings and symposia. He has authored scientific publications in the field of Fixed Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry and his work has been mostly published in international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Gallucci serves as an editorial board member for Journal of Dental Research (JDR), Clinical Oral Implants Research (COIR), and International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants (IJOMI). He is a fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), Switzerland, an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration and the European Academy of Osseointegration.

David A. Garber, DMD, is a past president of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED) and has served on the boards of the AAED and the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. He is dual trained clinician and professor in the Department of Periodontics as well as in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Georgia. He is a clinical professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at Louisiana State University and in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Texas in San Antonio.

Arun K. Garg, DMD, is a nationally recognized dental educator and surgeon who for over 20 years served as a full-time Professor of Surgery in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and as Director of Residency Training at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. One of the original discoverers of platelet-rich plasma, he has written and published nine books as well as a dental implant marketing kit, which have been translated into multiple languages and distributed worldwide. He has been a featured speaker at dozens national and international dental association conventions and meetings, including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is most passionate about his Garg Foundation in the Dominican Republic, which offers state-of-the-art dental treatment to the community free of charge.

Mia L. Geisinger, DDS, MS, is a professor and director of Advanced Education in Periodontology in the Department of Periodontology in the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. She is a diplomate in the American Board of Periodontology and a fellow in the International Team for Implantology. She has served as the president of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation, the chair of the American Dental Association’s Council on Scientific Affairs, and on multiple national and regional organized dentistry committees. She currently serves as an AAP District III Trustee, as a Board member for the ADA’s Science and Research Institute, and on numerous AAP and ADA committees and task forces. She has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and lectures nationally and internationally on topics in periodontology and oral health care.
