Course Information

CE credits: 36

José Carlos da Rosa will teach you his treatment concept of immediate implants in even severely compromised extraction sockets.  He calls his concept: Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration. It is based on biology, decades of clinical experience, scientific evidence, and long term clinical follow ups.

The Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration technique enables you for implant placement at the same time of extraction followed by flapless bone reconstruction. Donor site for harvesting   is the tuberosity area.  This implant concept can be applied to any area in the mouth as well as to multiple extraction sites.

Learn a Predictable, Minimally Invasive Alternative to conventional implant dentistry.

IDEA, driven by dentists for dentists, offers hands-on, advanced dental education with world-renowned faculty. Courses are limited to 16 participants, ensuring personalized mentorship and maximum learning impact. Over four days, you’ll gain cutting-edge skills and knowledge in a state-of-the-art environment. Our goal is to empower you to elevate your practice and stay at the forefront of dentistry.

Why apply the IDR Technique?

  1. Minimize the number of surgical procedures – single procedure
  2. Biological membrane – precent cells competition between hard and soft tissue
  3. Immediate Provisionalization – Accelerate bone graft incorporation and osseointegration
  4. Suitable emergence profile of the prosthetic crown – Improve the quality of peri-implantar tissue
  5. Switching platform – improve peri-implant bone stability
  6. Osseodensification – improve implant primary stability
  7. Simplicity, Reproducibility, Predictability, Low cost

Main indications of the IDR Technique

  1. Loss of the buccal wall
  2. Loss of the buccal wall and presence of infection (buccal abscess)
  3. Loss of the buccal wall and large periapical lesion
  4. Loss of the buccal wall and gingival recession (small, medium and large)
  5. Loss of the buccal wall, gingival recession and loss of the papilla
  6. Proximal bone loss
  7. Palatal wall loss
  8. 360* bone loss around the condemned tooth
  9. 360* bone loss around the implant
  10. Installation of implants in the alveolar septum (with and without the presence of the septum)
  11. Periodontal patient
  12. Large incisive foramen

If you are ready for this we invite you to IDEA this July for this 4-day IDR course. If you decide to join us for modern implantology it would be a great pleasure to welcome you!
