Bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws-Report of 2 cases and strategies on prevention and management

Two cases of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws are reported-one in the maxilla and the other in the mandible. The patients were treated with long-term antibiotics and minimal surgical debridement without major ablative surgery.
