Diagnostic waxup and a silicone matrix formed the basis to the successful reconstruction of the anterior teeth with resin composite. Addition-ally, removable partial dentures were fabricated to improve esthetics and chewing ability. Positive psychologic influence of this alternative treatment on this patient is also discussed.
