This film demonstrates the procedure for in-office bleaching. After the teeth have been cleaned, a light-curable gingival barrier is applied and hardened. The highly concentrated bleaching gel is then applied and activated using special bleaching lamps or a polymerization lamp. The gel is left on for about 15 minutes, and the bleaching results are assessed. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated two or three times during a single session until the desired effect is achieved. At the end of the procedure, the gingival barrier is removed and fluoridation is performed.
