Although much information exists on peri-implantitis, until now there has been a significant lack of concentrated knowledge and information on the subject presented in a book. This comprehensive publication solves that by summing up and assessing all the available information on peri-implant tissue pathology. It includes the authors’ vast clinical experience and offers conclusions gained from the critical evaluation of scientific research. The text is accompanied by a plethora of images and schematic illustrations that support and help to interpret the scientific knowledge, while also offering a step-by-step methodology to complement the techniques presented. The book is therefore an invaluable source of information and clinical guidance for clinicians and students regarding the prevention, diagnosis, and successful treatment of peri-implant diseases.
