Rheological properties of impression materials and shark-fin-test: A correlation analysis

Within the limits of the study it can be concluded that the shark-fin-test primarily reflects zero shear viscosity and yield stress of impression materials and might, therefore, be useful to predict flow properties of an impression material during the working time. But it does not fully reflect the setting behavior of impression materials.
