1. Access and incision: Creation of a vestibular pedicled mucoperiosteal flap via a gingival margin incision while preserving the papilla
2. Removal of vestibular bone in the region of tooth 46 using a microsurgical instrument
3. Exposure of the neurovascular bundle
4. Removal of the foreign body
5. Re-adaptation of the mucoperiosteal flap
6. Wound closure with atraumatic suture material
