Mandibular molar distalization with the Jones Jig appliance

Three patients are demonstrated showing distal mandibular molar movement with the Jones Jig appliance. A modified lingual arch was fabricated between the first premolar and the first mandibular molar on the other side of the arch as an anchorage unit. The movement of the mandibular molar tooth was measured in three dimensions.
