The aim of this case series was to describe the 1-year clinical outcomes of a porcine-derived acellular dermal matrix for buccal mucosal thickness augmentation at osseointegrated single implants with facial periimplant soft tissue deficiencies. Ten patients were included and treated with a prosthetic and surgical approach that combined a coronally advanced flap and a dermal matrix. Results showed the possibility to obtain an increase in buccal soft tissue thickness of 1.2 ± 0.18 mm at single implant sites in the esthetic area.
