A total of 88 implants were in function (97% survival rate), whereas 9 showed peri-implantitis (9.9%). A mean radiographic bone loss of 1.02 mm between the baseline evaluation (1 year after loading) and the final visit (13 to 21 years later) was recorded. In conclusion, turned implants placed in vertically augmented bone seem to remain stable after many years of function.
