Respecting biological, functional and esthetical considerations are principle elements for such a successful treatment. Obtaining this healthy interface becomes more complicated, when prosthetic surgery is indicated. In the presented case report, we have implemented two different crown-lengthening surgical procedures in treating a 66 year old patient. The results of this treatment have shown a maximal preservation of the biological, functional and esthetical considerations of our patient.
