Because these lesions are often diagnosed incorrectly, they are also treated ineffectively. Cases of cutaneous sinus tract on the chin and cheek are presented, and a simple way to diagnose this lesion is described. In both patients, the lesion was completely resolved following nonsurgical endodontic therapy
