Seiten: 127, Sprache: DeutschMoorrees, C. F. A.This is part 2 of a series of articles on orthodontics, their past, their presence, and their future. Whereas the first part dealt mainly with the past, the following concentrates on the presence though also here the continuity of the development is described which finally led to the state-of-the-art situation. Because of internal editing management reasons this most comprehensive compilation of knowledge could not be published in one issue of the "Kieferorthopädie" - to the understandable disappointment of the author. To compensate for this problem, the editors strongly encourage all readers to follow this series of publications not only because of the overview which is acquired by its study but also because it contains a most unique list of references which one may not yet have seen in this form anywhere else.
