Fabrication of Printed Titanium Shells for Containment of BMP-2 Composite Graft Materials for Alveolar Bone Reconstruction

The engineering, design, manufacture, and rationale for use of printed titanium shells for alveolar bone reconstruction using BMP-2/ACS/allograft are described.
