One implant was lost because of implant fracture after 10 years. Mean marginal bone loss was 1.53 mm (standard error ± 0.17 mm). In 6 patients, 6 crowns were replaced and 1 repaired. In 3 patients, 3 crowns had minor unrepaired porcelain fractures. Implant survival was 95.5%, and, despite the high frequency of prosthetic complications, patients were generally very satisfied with the long-term treatment outcome.
