Estimation of flow rate and study of epithelial cells in stimulated and unstimulated saliva

Estimation of salivary flow rate and epithelial cells present in unstimulated and stimulated saliva samples of ten male individuals with no known disease as per our knowledge has been analysed. The salivary flow rate,the exfoliated epithelial cells present, bacterial colonies and inflammatory component in stimulated and unstimulated saliva was analysed.
