Fusion and gemination of teeth: review of the literature, treatment considerations, and report of cases

Teeth with aberrant root morphology present the endodontist with diagnostic and treatment challenges. This review of the literature is focused on the classification, aetiology, prevalence and diagnosis of different types of double teeth, namely fused or geminated teeth.
