The anomaly may present a variety of clinical forms and appearances, with its main characteristics being the loss of tooth structure, compromised esthetic appearance, and dental sensitivity. The aim of this study was to present the clinical report of a 16-year-old patient with severely compromised esthetics as a result of amelogenesis imperfecta of the hypocalcified type who was rehabilitated with composite resin and ceramic crowns.
