Oral bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws: Favorable outcome after bisphosphonate holiday

Bisphosphonate holiday has been suggested as a treatment modality for oral bisphosphonate- related osteonecrosis; however, there is debate that it can undermine beneficial effects of bisphosphonate therapy.
