Dr. Wolfram Bücking begann seine Karriere als Zahnarzt an der Universität Erlangen und zählt heute zu den bekanntesten und erfahrensten Zahnärzten Deutschlands. Als Autor von „Die Dentale Trickkiste“ und „Neues aus der dentalen Trickkiste“ ist Dr. Bücking nicht nur unter seinen Kollegen, sondern auch unter Studierenden der Zahnmedizin bekannt. Seine Bestseller sind mittlerweile in acht verschiedenen Sprachen erhältlich. Dr. Bücking begeistert sich vor Allem für funktionelle Ästhetik. Er ist Mitglied diverser Fachgesellschaften wie der DGZMK, DGP und AAP, ist nicht nur europaweit ein gefragter Referent, sondern auch in den USA, Mexiko, Ägypten, China und Indien ein gern gesehener Dozent. Daniel Buser, DDS, Prof em Dr med dent, is one of the most experienced international implant surgeons, with 35 years of surgical experience. He is past professor and chairman in the Department of Oral Surgery at the University of Bern in Switzerland and past president of the European Association for Osseointegration, the Swiss Society of Oral Implantology, the Swiss Society of Oral Surgery and Stomatology, and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the ITI Honorary Fellowship and the Morton Amsterdam Award. He has authored and coauthored over 400 publications and is editor of 30 Years of Guided Bone Regeneration (Quintessence, 2021), which was recently published in its third edition. Dr Buser is cofounder of the Buser & Sculean Academy, which offers continuing education courses in periodontology and implant dentistry, and lectures nationally and internationally.

Luigi Canullo, DDS, PhD, is visiting professor at the University of Berna in Switzerland, active member of the Italian Academy for Osseointegration and the European Academy of Osseointegration, and reviewer for several journals in implant dentistry. He is the recipient of numerous awards and is author of more than 100 publications. Dr Canullo lectures nationally and internationally and maintains a private practice in Rome limited to surgery and implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitation.

Daniele Cardaropoli, DDS, is adjunct professor in periodontology at the University of Catania, scientific director of ProEd Institute for Professional Education in Dentistry in Torino, Italy, and president of the Giuseppe Cardaropoli Foundation for Research and Care in Periodontology. He is an active member of several organizations and recipient of several awards, including the Henry M. Goldman Award for the Clinical Research. Dr Cardaropoli is the author of more than 30 articles published in peer-reviewed international journals and coeditor of the textbook Soft Tissues and Pink Esthetics in Implant Therapy (Quintessence, 2019). He maintains a private practice in Torino, Italy.

Domenico Cascione obtained his primary education in Bari (Italy), where he was also certified as a Dental Technologist (CDT) in 1985. From 1991 to 2004 he carried out metallurgy research becoming a specialist in dental metallurgy. From 1986 to 2004 he was the owner and director of Dental Laboratory in Bari (Italy). He is a Master Ceramist and also is specialized in metallurgy, implant work and complex esthetic rehabilitation. In 2005 he  holds a Bachelor of Science of the Dental Technology degree from the University of Southerh Illinois. From 2005 to 2008 he was Research Associate and Program Director, Advanced Training for Dental Technology at the Center for Dental Technology, the University Of Southern California Herman Ostrow School Of Dentistry. From 2009  to 2016 was a Clinical Assistant Professor and Course Director for the Advanced Dental Morphology for the Operative Dentistry Program at the University Of Southern California Ostrow School Of Dentistry. He Is a Lead Faculty Department of Restorative Dentistry – Dental Laboratory Technology Program-Division of Health Sciences at Pasadena City College. He is a Faculty/Lecturer UCLA School of Dentistry Division of Advanced Prosthodontics. He is a winner of award 2007 Judson C. Hichey in the research category in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. He is an Editor in Chief of the Spectrum Dialogue magazine. He is the President of OPERART LLC dental laboratory in Santa Monica California. He is author and co-author of several articles in the literature. He is the author of the Book Symbiosis: Art & Technique.

Prof Iain L.C. Chapple, PhD, BDS, FDSRCPS, FDSRCS, CCST (Rest Dent), is Professor of Periodontology and Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, and Head of Research for the Institute of Clinical Sciences, at the University of Birmingham, UK.

Stephen graduated BDS (Malaya) in 1983, MDSc (Melbourne) in 1987 and completed a PhD at the University of Melbourne in 2008.  He was awarded Fellowship by examination of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) in 1988 (KG Sutherland Prize).  He holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor at The School of Dentistry, The University of Melbourne. Stephen’s clinical and scientific interests are in the field of periodontal tissue regeneration, bone grafting and dental implants. He has published over 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals, authored 2 textbooks and contributed chapters to 6 textbooks. Stephen is president-elect of the ITI (International Team for Implantology), an international not-for-profit academic organization in the field of dental implantology with over 15,000 members worldwide in over 100 countries.  He has served as chairman of the ITI Education Committee and is currently a member of the ITI Board of Directors.  In Australia, he has contributed significantly to local academic and professional associations, having previously served as chairman of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists (ANZAP), Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) and Australian Society of Periodontology (ASP).  He was awarded honorary life membership of the Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) for services to the organization.

Dr. Chia-Yu (Jennifer) Chen received her dental degree (DDS) from Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan and completed her periodontology training and Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) in oral biology from Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

At HSDM, Dr. Chen was selected as a Presidential Scholar and, at graduation, was the recipient of both the James H. Shaw Award for excellence in biomedical research and the Joseph L. Henry Award, which recognizes excellence in research and clinical training from Harvard.

Dr. Chen is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. She maintains a clinical practice limited to periodontology and implantology in the Faculty Group Practice at the Harvard Dental Center.

Dr. Gerard Chiche is the Director of the Center for Esthetic and Implant Dentistry at Georgia Regents University, College of Dental Medicine in Augusta, Georgia. In 2009 he became the first recipient of the Thomas P. Hinman Endowed Chair in Restorative Dentistry at his university, sponsored by the Hinman Dental Society. He is a Past President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He has authored two textbooks entitled Esthetics of Anterior Fixed Restorations and Smile Design – A guide for Clinicians, Ceramists and Patients.
